A successful process drives toward business goals, brings cross-functional clarity and co-creativity. Leveraging AI throughout – from research and strategy to exploring and prototyping – I view process as a system for collaboration, creativity, and solving gnarly problems, quickly. Intentionally designing it to be efficient, transparent, and human centered – but never bureaucratic.
